To access the Action Plans section click on Action Plans on the main menu bar.
Action Plans have been divided into 2 different areas.
Any Inadequate judgement on a statutory Strand (stat) will appear under the 'Statutory Plans' tab.
Any other judgement marked as a priority will be under the 'Priority Plans' tab .
Action Plans can be edited by clicking on the appropriate row and then on the Edit icon .
To export the Action Plan table to Word, click on the Export icon .
All Action Plans can be sorted by clicking on the column title you wish to sort by.
To copy an Action Plan to the Records filing system, select the Action Plan by clicking on the row in the table and then click on the Copy icon .
This will put a copy of the individual Action Plan into the 'Records' section. This copy is for reference only, should you make amendments to your Action Plan you will still have a copy of the original in the Records section. To view the copies click on the Records tab.
To print the Action Plan table click on the Printer icon.
Action Plans are automatically filed in the 'Completed' folder for reference when you have marked them as 'Complete' .
Plans filed in the Records or Completed areas can be viewed, exported, printed or deleted but cannot be edited.
Statutory Plans
Statutory Plans are made up of any statutory requirements where you have judged your Governing Body to be Inadequate.
The Success Criteria is automatically populated by the statutory requirement.
To complete or edit the Action Plan highlight the row you wish to edit and click on Edit.
This will open the Action Plan for editing.
You will be required to complete sections detailing:
Action : This should list the steps that will be taken to meet the statutory requirement
Led By : This should show who will lead the Action Plan.
Team / Cost : This should list who will be involved and any costs or resources needed.
Review Schedule : This should list the points in time the plan will be reviewed and the expectation at each review date.
Start Date : This will automatically generate to the date the judgement was made.
End Date : This will automatically generate to a year after the judgement was made.
Review Date : This will automatically generate to 3 months after the start date.
Status : This will be open when you first start. You can change the status to Overdue or Complete by using the drop down menu
When you have completed the details on the Action Plan click OK to Save and close the editing window. This will then transfer the details to the Action Plan table. To exit without saving click on the X in the top right corner of the editing window.
Priority Plans
Priority Plans are made up of any statement which you have set as Priority. The Success Criteria are automatically populated by the next statement up on the Strand .
To complete or edit the Action Plan, highlight the row you wish to edit and click on Edit. This will open the Action Plan for editing.
