You may find that when you try to play a file that is not normally associated with Windows Media Player e.g. .3gp files a message may appear asking you to tick to confirm that you want Windows Media Player to play the content. You can just place a tick in the box to confirm you always wish this to happen and click Yes
Alternatively to set the file associations do the following
Navigate to the folder where the video files are stored. Right click the file that needs the association (e.g. .3gp files) and select 'open with' and 'choose program,' look down the list and select 'Windows Media Player', place a tick in the box that says 'Always use the selected program to open this kind of file', then click 'OK'.
When you try to play the videos in the EYFS Learning Journey they should now play.
