Have installed the software successfully but cannot load the program

 

Vista computers require the user's login to have Full Control of the following two folders

 

C:/Program Files/TT and also C:/Program Files/TT/Prim

 

Select   Computer- C drive- Program Files and locate the TT folder

 

Right click on the TT folder and select "Properties"

Select the Security tab and then the Users item in the Group or user names window.

Check the permissions in the lower window -Full Control needs to be ticked.

If it is not ticked then click on the Advanced button at the bottom right.

From the Permissions tab that opens select the user's item.

Click on Edit and from the next window Edit again.

(If the edit button is not available then the user needs to get the Administrator to fix it for them).

From the list tick Full Control and check that this applies to: This folder, subfolders and files.

OK out of everything.
