Snapshots or copies of your evaluations can be taken by using the Take camera icon at the top of the Evaluator grid.  This will record all your evaluations, not just those on the page currently on view.

To keep a record of all your evaluations at any specific point in time click on the 'Take' camera icon.   Only one snapshot can be taken on any specific day.

To view this Snapshot at a later date, click on the 'Select' camera icon; this will place a coloured camera under the statement previously recorded as your evaluation.

When viewing a Snapshot the coloured camera icon represents the evaluation at the time the snapshot was taken and the coloured background represents the current evaluation.

To delete a Snapshot click on the 'Delete' camera icon and select the Snapshot you wish to delete from the list.
