As a School Improvement Partner you will have read access to most of the site.

To view the school's evaluation select the section of the SMART chart you wish to view and then the sub-section from the table. You will then be able to see where the school has placed itself on the Ofsted judgment scale and the evidence they have to support this judgment.

To view the school's action plans select Action Plan on the menu bar.

To view the SEF or summative reports select Reports from the menu bar. This will then give you the option to generate a number of reports. The SEF takes the key statements and evidence into the SEF format. The Extended SEF takes all statements and evidence. The Summary report identifies the judgments made for key statements; this is a useful report for initial discussions on self-evaluation.

In the Portfolio the SIP is able to upload files into the SIP files area. To do this select Portfolio from the menu bar, and the SIP files tab. There will then be the options to Add files or Delete files. Managers can also upload to this area to enable the necessary data for SIP visits to be prepared and available prior to the visits.

SIPs also have access to the School files; LA Data and LA Files areas where files can be viewed.
