A new feature added in Autumn 2009 is the Evidence Summary report.

This report is designed to allow the teacher to quickly see how many pieces of evidence in the form of photos, videos, sound files and comments written for Parent Reports that have been attached to each child for each area of learning. Note Teacher Comments are not included in the Evidence Summary.

It can display evidence attached to DM statements only, EYFS statements only or both by selecting the appropriate radio button.

It also shows the total number of pieces of each type of evidence in the file and the average number of each type of evidence collected for the cohort or group of children. 

The report can easily be exported by clicking the Export tab and choosing to export to Word, PDF, Web Page or Image
