Recording concerns in Pupil Discussions in Early Years Foundation Stage Target Tracker  

An update to the software in Autumn 2009 is the facilty to record concerns, actions and outcomes for children.
This is called a Pupil Discussion and is accessed from the Home Page by clicking the Pupil Discussions button.
 

Select the pupil from the drop down list in the Pupil Discussions area

Double click in the Concern area to add the concern - click OK

Double click in the Action/ Outcome area, then click in the Action box to add the first action relating to the concern - click OK

Further Actions / Outcomes can be added as required

 

The Pupil Discussions area can be set up to show just Active discussions, Active and Closed Discussions or just Closed discussion

 

To close a discussion double click on it and choose Closed from the drop down box. This concern's status will change to Closed and it will disappear from view if you are only showing Active discussions. To reinstate it as Active double click again and change back to Active.

 

Any Pupil Discussions will appear in the Pupil Discussions report accessed from the Reports menu

 

Pupil Discussions can easily be exported to other software packages by clicking th Export tab and choosing to export to Word, PDF, Web Page or Image
