These instructions enable you to produce a ctf file from Integris to be used to update your Tracker files.

 

STEP 1:   GETTING THE PUPILS TO EXPORT

 

·          Select Data Utils from the menu on the right.

 

 

·          Click XML Export 

 

 

·          Click Find Students to select your pupils.

·          Either click on Find to select all pupils or select a year group from the drop down.

·          Click on Find.

 

 

 

·          Once the Student Search Result window opens check that you have got the correct pupils and then click on Select.

 

 

·          Say Yes to the message box that appears

·          Click Select.

·          From the XML Export screen select the Partial radio button and then tick Key Stage Assessment Data.

·          Click Export.

·          Selec t the folder location (make a note of where it is) or change the location to a place where you can easily get the created file.

 

You now have a 'common transfer file' (.xml) on your computer, containing the assessment data of children in your school.
