EYFSTT is a database and saves data as it is entered, there is no need to regularly save your work as would be recommended good practice in Primary Target Tracker, or in other Word or Excel documents.

However, if you are doing a large amount of data entry and feel happier knowing that the data has saved then it is recommended that you periodically close the program and reopen it.

It is essential that the option in the Export menu, to Save Copy As, is never used in an attempt to save the data over the file that is already open. This will corrupt the file and make it unusable.

The option to Save Copy As is only for saving a copy of the file with another name or to another location.
