If you have more than one class per year group you may wish to give each teacher a copy of the Early Years Foundation Stage Target Tracker file to use on their own PC, to enter the data for just their own class.

These copies can then periodically be synchronised together to create a cohort file. See the Support Article– Synchronising the data in multiple copies of Early Years Foundation Stage Target Tracker files  for help with this aspect.

Load the EYFSTT software

Open your file and click on the Year Group to load the data

Click the green icon in the top left corner to load the File menu

Click on Export – and Save Copy As

A Save In box loads

Choose the location you wish to save the copy of the file and enter a filename which can be but does not have to be the same filename as the original file

Click Save

If the file you are saving a copy of contains any Multimedia Evidence a message box will pop up asking if you wish this copy of the file to have the Multimedia Evidence also. Click Yes or No as required.

A File Successfully Saved message appears

Click OK
