It is possible to create an Early Years Foundation Stage Target Tracker file from a CTF (XML) file

Load EYFSTT

Click the green icon in the top left corner to load the File menu

Click New and you will be taken to a Save In box – If necessary browse to the correct location you wish to save your new Early Years file and then type in the filename for your new file and click Save

The School Information page loads – enter your LA and DSCF school details

The Pupil Data area loads – click to Import Pupil data then select CTF

Browse to the location of the ctf and open it

The XML Processor loads and the pupils' names will be shown

When the process has finished a message box will load saying processing has completed successfully. Click OK

Then click to exit the XML processor

You will be returned to the Home page of the newly created Early Years Foundation Stage Target Tracker file
