Bear in mind that with each of these reports you can use the filter system to view particular groups of children. It is inevitable that Ofsted will want to know about progress of groups of children so this is worth becoming familiar with.
Having analysed the suggested reports you will have been able to identify any strengths, and more importantly, weaknesses in your previous Y2 and Y6 cohorts or groups of children within these cohorts.
You should now use your Target Tracker files to create stored groups of children that Ofsted may ask you about, to analyse their progress using the graphs and reports in the software. This will help you to show how any issues, that Raise on Line may have highlighted, are being addressed.
Some Support Articles to help with these processes are -
Identifying and storing Key Groups of children using Sort, Select and Filter, in Primary Target Tracker
Using the Graph Wizard in Primary Target Tracker
Using Primary Target Tracker to identify children not making expected progress
Useful data to produce from Primary Target Tracker ahead of an OFSTED inspection
