For a detailed description of the 4 Progress reports in Termly Tracker please use the Support Article - An overview of the Progress Reports available in Termly Tracker

Age Related Profile Reports
This report is available for each subject and groups the children based on their current TA level and their likelihood of achieving a secure Level 4 by the end of KS2. Pupil Statistics Report

This report details the assessments for each pupil by term or half term. The report can be customised to include or exclude some detail e.g. attendance.

Each column of data can be sorted upon. The background colour of the cells containing the assessments is determined by the current 'Cell Colour Comparison with' which is selected on the Termly Tracker grid.

It is possible to use the View Historical Assessments button to expand the report to include the previous years termly data, all historical termly data available, or a custom selection.

Pupil Discussion Summary

This report shows any active Pupil Discussions. The discussions could be used to highlight a concern or to support an IEP. Before this report can be run a Pupil Discussion must be set up for the pupil. Do this by double clicking on the pupil's name on the Termly Tracker grid. The setup screen will load and the title of the Displayed Discussion, the concern and the action must be added. The discussion remains active until closed by clicking the status option. Closed discussions will not appear in the Pupil Discussion Summary.

Yearly Progression Summary Report

This report details the number of pupils reaching or exceeding their end of year target for each subject. It also identifies pupils making 1\3rd, 2\3rds or a whole levels progress over the year for each subject. Ticking View Missing Data Details will identify any children who are mssing Test or TA values, in the Primary Target Tracker program, for the end of the previous year.  It also identifies children who are missing targets i.e. those with no TAY2 data in PTT.
A tick box allows you to switch between displaying the number and percentage of children and displaying their names.

Assessment Level Summary Report

This report summarises the percentages or the pupil numbers at each flat level and can also be expanded, by clicking View ABC to show pupils at each sub-level.
The report can show the pupils' names for one subject at a time. It can also display data for different terms in the current academic year.

Individual Assessment Summary Report
Choose the child by clicking on their name in the Termly Tracker grid before going to Reports and Individual Assessment Summary
This report is for individual children and includes their contextual data, their latest assessments, any Next Step targets set for the child and a variety of Progress Graphs.
By selecting Print from the menu you can choose to print a report just for the selected child or for all pupils.

Group Assessment Summary Report
This report, that opens in Microsoft Word, includes a number of text statements about progress in the core subjects. It includes the data about yearly and termly progress, held within Termly Tracker. This report is designed to support the school's SEF but may also be applicable to Governors' reports. The table of data at the bottom of the report is a copy of the Progress Statistics report.

SEF Outcomes (A2.2)
This report shows on-going termly progress. If, however, the current term's assessments have not yet been entered into Termly Tracker it is possible to choose to run the report using the previous term's expectations for 'On Track'. This may result in more pupils being reported as 'on track for 2 levels progress'.

For KS2 files the report shows the percentage of pupils on track to reach L4+ at the end of KS2, the Average Point Score to date, the progress from the end of KS1 and the percentage on track for 2 levels progress in KS2. 2 levels progress equates to 2 flat levels so will include children who, for example, are expected to move from 1A to 3C, or 2A to 4C etc. The percentage on track will not include children in the file who are missing a KS1 result, or a current assessment. It will include children who are missing a KS1 result but have been set a target of L5+. Fo this reason the '% on track' may be different to that shown in the Venn Diagram report - % on track, where all children in the file will be reported upon.

For KS1 files it shows the percentage on track for 2C+ and 2B+ at the end of KS1, the Average Point Score to date, and the progress from the end of Reception to date in average points.
English is an average of the APS for Reading and Writing, and is rounded up, so children may not be on track in one or other subject but still be considered on track for English.
The copy to clipboard button allows the report to be pasted into Microsoft Word, use Edit - Paste Special and Picture (Enhanced Metafile)

Venn Diagrams
There are 3 options to choose from Age Related, On Track for 2 Levels Progress and Current Attainment

Age Related - can show data for up to 3 subjects at a time which are chosen by unticking and ticking the boxes at the top of the screen, and will assume data has been added for the term the file is currently in. If the data hasn't been added to the current term it is possible to use the data and age related expectation from the previous term by unticking the box. Clicking on the numbers or percentages in the circles will display the related pupil names. Children working below age related expectation in all chosen subjects are displayed in a box outside of the circles. Some extra information relating to gender and FSM is also provided.

On Track for 2 Levels Progress - is available for KS2 files only. As with Age Related up to 3 subjects can be chosen.

The table of data in the bottom left corner of the report shows the percentage of children considered to be 'on track for 2 levels progress', for each subject, based on their KS1 result and their current level.

So, for example, the 2-4 section of the report will show the percentage of children whose KS1 result was a 2C, 2B or 2A and, on the basis of their current level, they are considered to be on track to achieve at least a flat level 4 at the end of KS2.

However, this does mean that a child who achieved a 2A in KS1 has only to make 4 sub-levels progress across KS2 to achieve 4C, whereas a child on a 2C at KS1 has to make 6 sub levels of progress to achieve 4C. The Target Level 5 section will show the percentage of children who have been targeted to achieve L5+, but have no KS1 results.

Children in the file with missing data will be shown in the pop-up reports with ?? in either the KS1 or the current data column, depending upon which data they are missing.

If you are finding it difficult to 'read the data in the table' we recommend looking at it for one subject at a time, by deselecting the 2 other subjects.

Current Attainment - Allows the user to choose a level to view. Any children who are working below the chosen level for all of the displayed subjects will be shown in the Below Level box outside of the circles. The data can also be displayed as percentages.
