When Primary Target Tracker files are first created using the Primary Data Converter they are, by default, saved to the location that your MIS Pupil Detail Report was loaded from.

We recommend that if the files are going to be kept on one PC that you move them into a folder called Data which is in the following location - C:\Program Files\TT\Prim\Data. You should ensure that these files are backed up to another location regularly incase the PC is lost or damaged.

To move PTT files to another folder simply copy and paste or drag and drop the files. These Microsoft Excel files are small and can easily be copied to other PC's using a memory stick.

If you wish to move files to a shared drive, first create a folder on your shared drive, perhaps called Target Tracker. Make another folder within this folder, perhaps called Target Tracker Data. Then copy and paste or drag and drop the files into this new folder. It is important to have 2 levels of folders down from the root of the directory.
