Follow these steps to create a file from Integris G2 to be used to make or update Primary or Early Years Target Tracker files.
Before you proceed, please ensure that you have the following option selected in Internet Explorer:
Select Tools from the top menu
Select Internet Options
Select Security
Select Custom Level
Select Auto-prompt for file download
Select File download
Creating the Report
Log in to Integris G2 online.
Click on the Reports tab on the left hand side.
Click on the Ad Hoc Reports link on the left of the screen.
Click on My Ad-Hoc Report Manager.
Click on Create a new report called 'TT Pupil Extract G2'.
Select Report Style 'Export'
Leave all the other options as standard (Comma delimited, Include Column Headings, Text Qualifiers double quotes.)
Click on Next
Include all the data items shown in the screen shot by finding the appropriate item hidden within the menu on the left and clicking on the arrow to transfer the items across.
Follow the wizard through to finish the report accepting the default values.
Running the Report
Select Ad Hoc reports from the Reports list on the left of the screen.
Select the TT Pupil Extract G2 report from the list of reports.
Click on Add Students to List button (a hand with a + symbol)
On the next screen click on Find. Click on Select. Select Yes for all the pupils
On the next screen select the 'Hand' symbol for all pupils.
Click on Generate Report.
When the save dialog opens click on Save
Select Save results.
Select a location to save the report to, Desktop is suitable or a memory stick if you need to take the report to another computer. Save the file.
Once the file has been saved it needs to be opened in Microsoft Excel and saved again but this time ensure it is saved as a Microsoft Excel Workbook (.xls)
This new excel file can then be used to create or update PTT and EYFSTT files.
If you are about to go on a Starter Course, you may wish to take this file with you on a memory stick. Please protect the data in accordance with your school or Local Authority Data Protection policy. It will be converted to Target Tracker files on the course.
