If the date / time are set incorrectly on your PC it may cause your Target Tracker software to give various error messages. To correct the problem follow these instructions

 

Right mouse click on the clock in the bottom right hand corner of your screen

Select Adjust Date / Time

Adjust the Date / Time and check the Time Zone is set to UK setting

Apply any changes before closing

 

If your Regional Settings are set to United States instead of UK you may find your software will give error messages when it is using dates. To correct this problem follow these instructions

 

Click on your Start button

Select the Control Panel

Select Regional and Language Options

In the Regional Options tab select English ( United Kingdom )

In Location select United Kingdom

Check that the short date and the long date are displaying properly. The short date format should be dd/mm/yyyy

If your date is incorrect choose Customize and choose the Date tab and then choose the correct date format

Apply any changes before closing.
