SchoolPM allows all staff to complete the statutory Performance Management process online using a centralised and consistent approach.
Individuals can set up and agree objectives with their Reviewer and then easily collate evidence, observation notes and courses attended throughout the year. Head teachers can view, accept and comment on objectives from all staff.
Once the review is complete, it is automatically archived and the review cycle for the next year begun.
As an additional feature, an electronic objective bank can be built for all users to select from, reflecting the individual needs of your school.

Target Tracker operates on a subscription basis. Schools subscribe for a period of one year, running from May to April or part thereof, and renew their subscriptions every year.
